My Journey: From Burnout to Reconnection
After a decade in the corporate world, I began to feel burnout as I balanced a demanding job while raising a young daughter. I felt disconnected, exhausted, and questioning, “What is this workload all for?”
Stepping away from my career in 2017 was both freeing and terrifying—I was leaping into the unknown without a clear roadmap. It’s been a journey that has led me to a new career, and more importantly, to reconnect to myself.
Throughout this journey, breathwork has helped me release emotions, quiet my mind, and reconnect with my inner guidance. Over time, it became the foundation of my work—supporting others in transitions, finding clarity, and reclaiming their power.

What to Expect
Each session begins with a check-in to help you set an intention for your breathwork session. We’ll explore what’s present for you—whether it’s stress relief, a desire for clarity, emotional release, or creative expansion. I’ll demonstrate and guide you through the breathing pattern.
You’ll then transition to lying on your back in a relaxed position, similar to savasana. As you feel comfortable and supported, you’ll be gently guided to begine the breathing pattern.
As you engage in the breathing practice, you may experience:
Physical sensations begin ranging from lightheadedness, tingling, numbness, heat or chill. These are normal responses as your nervous system adjusts.
Emotional release may occur, including spontaneous tears, laughter, or even the need to vocalize—allowing your body to clear unresolved emotions stored within.
A shift from fight-or-flight into deep relaxation as your nervous system moves from a sympathetic state (stress response) to a parasympathetic state (rest and restoration).
Throughout the session, I’ll encourage you to honor and express whatever arises naturally. Each breathwork experience is unique, and I hold space intuitively, tailoring each session to meet your needs in the moment.

What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
That’s okay! These sessions are fully guided, and you’ll receive clear instructions throughout.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a quiet space where you feel comfortable lying down.
Is this the same as meditation?
Breathwork and meditation share many of the same objectives: training the mind to be more present and calming the nervous system. is an active practice that engages the body. Many people find active breathwork more accessible than traditional meditation.
