About Paula Castillo, MPP, PCC

Paula Castillo is an ICF-certified executive coach (PCC), facilitator and experienced consultant who helps individuals, teams, and organizations perform at their best, by reconnecting with themselves, each other, and what matters most.

Her work supports leaders in creating meaningful, measurable change—not only in what they do, but in how they show up, collaborate, and contribute. Drawing on strengths-based development, coaching, facilitation, and somatic practices, Paula helps clients cultivate greater coherence between their values, strengths, relationships, and leadership.

She holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University and has worked across sectors and organizational levels throughout her career. Prior to coaching, Paula consulted for the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) and the Inter-American Development Bank, and for Fortune 500 companies, including Lego, Pernod-Ricard, and Coca-Cola.

In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Paula is a restorative yoga teacher and lifelong student of practices that help people listen more deeply to themselves and one another. She is particularly interested in how individuals and groups can cultivate the awareness, courage, and care needed to participate fully in the futures they are creating.

Paula serves as Global Programming Chair on the board of the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Alumni Network, and is the leader of a community of more than 150 coaches.

Born and raised in Colombia, she now lives in Washington, DC. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
