Born and raised in Colombia, I've spent over two decades living and working in the United States — navigating cultures, institutions, and ways of leading. I know firsthand what it costs to succeed in rooms that feel like they weren't designed for you. And I know what becomes possible when you stop managing yourself and start leading from your whole self.
I've coached hundreds of executives and leaders across Fortune 500 companies, NGOs, nonprofits, and international development organizations. I bring the rigor of a Harvard-trained economist, the depth of a PCC-credentialed coach, and the embodied awareness of a restorative yoga teacher and iRest meditation instructor.
