I’m a CliftonStrengths coach supporting executives leaders and teams to become more confident, connected, and effective.
I bring the rigor of a Harvard-trained economist, the depth of a PCC-credentialed coach, and the embodied awareness of a restorative yoga teacher and iRest meditation instructor.
I was born and raised in Colombia, a culture where relationship, warmth, and trust are the bedrock of every interaction. I've spent over two decades living and working in the US, navigating corporate power, international development, and the space between these worlds.
