deepen your connection
Life's rapid pace can feel overwhelming and may become our default way of being. There are times we feel called to pause, slow down, and relate to the world from a different rhythm. Through ICF-certified somatic coaching and Restorative Yoga practices, I offer clients the space to pause and view challenges from a fresh perspective.
Somatic coaching
Somatic coaching
-
Somatics, meaning "living body" in Greek, is an approach that views the body as a source of wisdom.
Somatic Coaching highlights the mind-body connection, encouraging exploration of physical sensations and emotions for deeper self-awareness and understanding.
As a certified Somatic Coaching I’ve helped clients:
Gain clarity and direction
Develop emotional resilience
Embrace self-confidence
Enhance self-awareness
-
Somatic Coaching is a holistic approach that taps into the mind-body connection, helping you gain deeper self-awareness.
Think of it like sand in water—when shaken, it’s cloudy, but once settled, the water clears. In sessions, clients learn to listen to their body's wisdom, allowing the "sand" to settle and clarity to emerge. This process supports various areas, including career and life transitions, leadership challenges, confidence, emotional regulation at work or home, and more.

The length of the coaching engagement and how often we meet will depend on your unique needs and goals.
Typically, clients work with me over several weeks, meeting regularly —either weekly or biweekly—to focus on their goals and track progress.
Sessions last anywhere between 30-60 minute sessions depending on your needs.
The frequency and duration of our sessions are flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule.
