restorative yoga & transformative Breathwork
deepen your connection through somatic practices
Life moves fast. Without realizing it, we adapt to its relentless pace, often feeling disconnected from ourselves. But there are moments when we’re called to slow down—to release what’s weighing us down, restore balance, and reconnect with our vitality.
Through ICF-certified somatic coaching, Kripalu Restorative Yoga, and transformative breathwork, I offer you a space to pause, reset, and realign—clearing stagnation and making room for new energy, clarity, and flow.
transformative breathwork
transFORMATIVE BREATHWORK
Breathwork, or prāṇāyāma, is an ancient yogic practice of harnessing prāṇa, the vital life force, through intentional breathing. It serves as a bridge—connecting your inner world with the greater flow of the universe.
While trained in classical prāṇāyāma, I primarily guide clients through modern breathwork techniques inspired by David Elliott’s approach.
This powerful practice is designed to release emotions, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance. Rooted in the interplay between the nervous system, chakras, and cosmic flow, this breathwork is deeply cathartic—allowing you to move through stagnation and reconnect with your vitality.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga is an invitation to slow down and cultivate deep rest. With gentle postures supported by props, this practice soothes the nervous system, promotes healing, and fosters a profound sense of inner peace.
