Hola, I’m Paula.
I’m a wife, mother, coach, and yoga teacher living in Washington, DC. Born and raised in Colombia, I came to the U.S. for college. After earning my Master's degree from Harvard University in 2007, I spent over a decade consulting for Fortune 500 companies and international development banks before turning my focus to coaching and teaching yoga.
I’m passionate about supporting organizations and individuals thrive and shine in their unique strengths. I’m also deeply passionate about the mind-body connection.
